U.S. job-seekers increasingly willing to switch industries or functions
More than half of U.S. job-seekers surveyed said they are open to moving into new industries (56 %) or new functions (52 %)—with younger generations (Gen Z, Millennials) especially likely to seek that change—underscoring a growing trend of career mobility and non-linear paths.
